2012.10.22至31日，万崇华教授参加了在布达佩斯举行的国际生命质量学会ISOQOL第19届国际生命质量研究学术交流会，与世界各国的生命质量研究者进行了广泛的交流并汇报了中国的慢性病患者生命质量质量测定量表体系研制情况（Development and Preliminary Validation of the System of Quality ofLife Instruments for Chronic Diseases (QLICD) in China）。其团队提交的3篇参加会议的论文也在ISOQOL主办的杂志Quality of Life Research上刊出。分别是：

(3) Items Analysis onGeneral Module of the System of Quality of Life Instruments for ChronicDiseases (QLICD-GM) by Item Response Theory and Classical Test Theory (ZhengYang, Chonghua Wan, Xiaomei Li, Chuanzhi Xu,Zhihuan Zhao, Liping Duan, Hong Li).
